To keep things simple, L’avion offers customers a flat rate postage cost for both domestic and international shipping. There is also a choice of standard and express options based on your requirements. Deliveries within Australia are sent either by Registered Mail or via Express Post, and to other countries by Registered International Post or via the Express Post International Service.
Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the next business day.

We know how exciting it is to receive a parcel in the mail and we will aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Sale and busy periods may cause delays in dispatch. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. L’avion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched and we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
*Free shipping is currently offered on all Australian orders over $100 in value and any international orders of $150 or more. Please select the free shipping option in the checkout to apply this to your order.
**Gift certificates free shipping only applies when you are sending a gift certificate alone and does not apply if the gift certificate is combined with other products in your order. Please select the gift certificate free shipping option in the checkout to apply this to your order.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly. Please be aware that as the recipient you are liable for all import duties or any additional taxes imposed by the country that you are shipping to.
If you are not happy with your purchase from the L’avion website we are happy to exchange, credit or refund your original method of payment, providing that: (a) You register the return within 7 days of receipt of the goods, (b) You return the product to us within 14 days of registering your return request, (c) the returned product is in saleable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged, and in its original packaging with original garment tags attached and including (if applicable) dust bags and gift boxes.
If you return a product in accordance with the above terms, L’avion will refund the price paid, less delivery and return postage costs and any other taxes, duties or charges imposed in respect of the product.
If goods are faulty you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit along with reimbursement by L’avion of postage costs incurred. Please refer to our Fine Print for further details on defective products.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
How to return your item -
Return to us the item within 14 days of your purchase, unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached to the product.
Please include with your return:
- The original receipt
- Return/Exchange Goods Forms (L'avion will send via email upon a returns request) completed and signed.
If you wish to exchange your purchase please include a postage paid, self-addressed express postbag sufficient to return your purchase to you. Express postbags are the preferred way for you to return your items to us, as we are able to track them in case they go missing.
